Connecting with Redwoods

I recently spent two days hiking through old-growth Coast Redwoods, Sequoia sempervirens, the tallest trees on Earth. I gratefully inhaled their fresh exhales as I gazed up their massive trunks to the forest’s soaring canopy. Walking among these incredible trees, I asked if they would like to share any of their wisdom and I opened my heart to listen.
